100% Satisfaction Guarantee : if you are not satisfied with our service, you may contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will fix the areas we missed at no extra charge for up to 20 min. If more cleaning is required and outside the area of complaint, we will charge in increments of 1hr.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We require an after service walkthrough with the cleaners to ensure that your expectations are met. If you are not satisfied, you may contact us or you can communicate it right away with the cleaners so they can correct it right then and there.

What are the cleaning charges?

$90 / hr with 2 cleaners
$135 / hr with 3 cleaners
$30 for appliances(oven, microwave and/or fridge)

What is the average cleaning time?

Average cleaning time 1 bedroom apartment 2 hours with 2 cleaners 2 bedroom apartment 3 hours with 2 cleaners Average cleaning time for move-outs 1 bedroom apartment 3 to 4 hours with 2 cleaners 2 bedroom apartment 4 to 5 hours with 2 cleaners 4 bedroom house 3 to 5 hours with 3 cleaners

Things we don't cover

Chandeliers, biohazards, feces, pest control, hard to reach areas, move heavy furniture or appliances, blinds (we only light dust them. cleaning it one by one takes time) cleaning of ceilings.

What is the difference between a general house cleaning and move in/out?

We take more time in move out services to ensure deep cleaning is well executed and the property is prepared for the new owners.

What is the difference between general house cleaning and deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning takes more time as this entails more effort and detailed type of cleaning. Clients can request for deep cleaning in specific areas only so we can ensure that the paid hours are maximised to the client’s areas of priority.

Are you open on weekends and holidays?

We are open everyday including the weekends except for Holidays.

Do you do laundry?

Yes, but the drying process takes time. We will need proper instructions if the cleaners will need to wait for them to completely dry.

Do I need to stay at home during the service?

It is not required, but we highly suggest for someone to be present before we finish cleaning to perform the final walkthrough with our team. If any area needs repolishing, you may ask the cleaners to re-do them before they leave.

Do you have any cancellation policy?

We don’t charge cancellation fees but we require a 24hr notice for any changes / cancellations.

Is balcony cleaning included?

We only offer light cleaning on balconies. Light mopping, dusting and scrubbing only.

Post construction cleaning and what is included?

We clean from top to bottom. Minimum of 2 cleans is suggested as floating dusts take time to settle on the ground.

Do you do wall cleaning?

Only in easy to reach areas, 8ft and below.

Do you charge extra on holidays?

No operations on Holidays.

Do you charge extra on weekends?

Same rate applies on weekends.

Do you have a ladder for high ceiling cleaning?

We only have a step ladder, we can reach up to 6 ft + 3 more steps.
